What is the difference between the 190gsm satin giclee print and the 230gsm heavyweight giclee print?

190gsm giclee satin poster prints are a more budget friendly option of the large format prints, giving you super bright and bold colours, and soft lustre, high-quality finish.

230gsm giclee large format prints, are printed on natural finish, heavy weight paper. Stunning quality and finish, you will not be disappointed!

A4 and A3 prints are also printed on heavyweight matte, which is from Epson, and using legitimate HP inks. The colours and quality of our prints big and small, are impeccable!

Where can I buy a frame for my new print?

Our vibrant and playful art, designed in-house, is ready to hang in standard frames, available on the high street.

We like (but are not affiliated with!) John Lewis for large frames, and Hobbycraft for smaller frames!

Is your printing done in-house?

Our designing is done completely in-house, and our A4 and A3 prints are printed in the studio, on heavyweight, matte archival paper, on a top of the range HP printer. All prints are sent without a white border, that means they are full bleed, from one edge of the paper to the other!

Our large format prints are lovingly taken care of by Paul at DPI Printers. He supports us with amazing customer service, the very best quality giclee prints, and a super-speedy service to you. Thank you, Paul!

Will my print be safe in the post? 

Absolutely! Prints sent from our studio are packaged in a clear cello envelope, and posted in cardboard-backed envelopes, with tracked/signed for delivery.

A2 and A1 prints are carefully rolled in tissue, and posted in cardboard tubes, with tracked/signed for delivery.

You will be updated with the tracking number as soon as your purchase has been sent via Royal Mail.

Ok, this all sounds great! So how long will it be till I receive my goods?

Please allow 3-5 days for A3 and A4 prints, and approximately 5-7 working days for large format sizes, as these are printed by an independent printing company.

What do I do if I have a query about my purchase?

If you have a query about your order,  you can  contact us at anytime via the chat app on our website, or via the email you received when you placed your order.

If you send a message via the chat app, please be aware that response may not be as instant as if you email us directly!

We will ALWAYS respond to your message, however you contact us, so you can rest assured of excellent customer service.
